Bikeless…
It’s been three days now since the United lost our bags and still nothing. After shoveling for over an hour yesterday Amber and I made the drive to Vancouver in the snow storm to try and get to the bottom of the missing bag conundrum . We were all over the airport trying to get a hold of anyone we could to do with baggage when finally we got a very helpful customer service rep who went down to baggage to try and figure things out for us. It took awhile but finally he reemerged with some not so good move, our bags were still in Denver! Hopefully we would have them in two days he said. Son of a button, I guess it’s good we got in a good week last week and this week was meant to be a bit of a recovery week anyhow, otherwise I would truly be stressed.
