Now the fun starts..
So we have successfully found an apartment in Girona and it is more than we hoped we would be able to find. After looking at about a half dozen places we finally decided on an amazing two bedroom duplex just minutes walking distance from the market as well as the old town. This brand new apartment really appealed to us with it”s to full size bedrooms, two baths, and amazing sunlight from both sides, we are very excited to get the keys tomorrow morning. Now is when the fun starts, being new it meant the place was unfurnished so we have a big trip to Ikea on tap, which means we will probably have to rent a Sprinter to make the trip down to Barcelona between my days of training. Amber is buzzing with all sort of interior design ideas, think we are going to have the chicest apartment in town but hopefully not the emptiest bank account, haha.
Nice work Christian and Amber. 20-somethings living the life in an oceanside Spanish city! As I rode by your former home (#2 Unit, Cunningham estate) yesterday Mother Nature was just starting to drop wet snow on me. Trust me you are not missing much back here….
Good luck with the Euro campaign, I’ll be watching the results even closer than normal with you and Svein hitting the big ones.
