Breakfast..

One banana chopped into a cereal bowl, add 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, heaping teaspoon of dark cocoa powder, some fat free yogurt, a splash of semi-skim milk and mix. To this add your cereal of choice and boom everything your body needs in a tasty treat, follow that up with a few espresso and your ready to get the day started.
